Vibration plates are great for fitting in a quick and intense exercise session. They offer a full body workout that can be perfect for cardio and muscle toning. We’ve put together a 10 minute routine to help you get to grips with how to use vibration plates so you can get the most out of your machine.
We demonstrate these inner thigh exercises on a vibration plate but they can also be done on the floor. For floor exercises repeat each exercise for 1 minute at a time. Vibration plate beginners should start this inner thigh exercises routine on a low vibration power setting (eg 30hz) for 30 seconds.
