How It Works

The JTX Assembly Service is hassle free:

1. Your JTX fitness equipment will be assembled by a specialist fitness engineer within 7 working days* of receiving your order.

2. The Assembly Service is available Monday To Friday. Our specialist engineers will call you directly to arrange a convenient time to assemble your equipment.

3. Our engineer will also demonstrate or explain how the fitness equipment works.

4. Our professional engineers will also check the equipment is working correctly, and can carry out any adjustments on site if needed.

Some harder to reach postcodes may take a little longer to assemble. Your local engineer will be in touch within 7 working days to arrange assembly.

The Large Print

Our engineers cannot take away your packaging. Our 28-day-money back returns offer is only valid if you keep your packaging.

Please add one assembly service for every product that you want to be assembled.

This service is limited to JTX Fitness equipment only.

Our engineers aren't able to move your JTX fitness equipment for you. Please ensure that your product is in your desired location, ready for assembly.

Do I need the Assembly Service?

No. All our products come with a simple step-by-step guide. The JTX Assembly Service will take the hassle out of assembling the fitness equipment yourself. If you would like to build your own fitness equipment check out our estimated self assembly times below. These assume a basic understanding of putting together flat-pack furniture or home DIY. We are also really happy to provide extra help and advice over the phone.

Estimated Self Assembly Time:

Cross Trainers: 45 - 60 minutes

Exercise Bikes: 30- 60 minutes

Rowing Machines: 45 - 60 minutes

Treadmills: 15 - 30 minutes.

Commercial Treadmills: 30 minutes.

Our treadmills are straightforward to assemble but they are very heavy. We highly recommend you build them with a friend to help you lift main parts into place.

Club Pro will be assembled upon the day of delivery, by our friendly 2-man delivery team. Assembly usually takes around 45 minutes, then you’ll be ready to go. *Please note that the assembly doesn’t include a demonstration or maintenance guidance, but we are always happy to support on this via our customer helpline 01273 453855. To honour our return policy, we advise customers to keep hold of product packaging and disassembly is not offered as standard. *Exclusions for Northern Ireland, where assembly will be booked separately with an engineer within 7 working days.
