How much will a fitness equipment repair cost?
Depending on your location, fitness engineer call-outs cost between £80 - £150. You may also need to pay for replacement parts. Please note that JTX Fitness endeavours to keep our prices low for all spare parts. We would much rather our machines can continue to be used long-term than end up at a rubbish dump because of an expensive spare part.
Can I repair my treadmill myself?

Can I book these engineers for home gym installations?
Yes. All JTX Fitness equipment is straightforward to assemble but it may take up to two hours. You can either contact your local fitness engineer yourself to arrange assembly or the JTX Fitness customer service team can arrange the job and payment directly with you.
Do these fitness engineers work for JTX Fitness?
No all the engineers above are independent engineers who work for a wide range of fitness equipment brands. We work with them because we receive positive feedback about the quality of their work.
Do JTX Fitness guarantee the work of the engineers?
No if you contact these engineers directly to arrange a repair your contract will not be with JTX Fitness.
