6KG INERTIA-ENHANCED FLYWHEEL
A flywheel on an exercise bike is a weighted disk located at the front or rear of the bike which creates momentum as you pedal. The inertia generated from the 6kg flywheel on the JTX Cyclo-3M mimics the feel of a heavier flywheel at a much lighter weight. This allows the wheel to spin faster, helping to produce a smooth momentum.

The console on the JTX Cyclo-3M: Magnetic Fitness Bike prominently shows time, speed, distance, RPM, calories and pulse. It also tracks the total workout distance since the last computer reset.

The triple adjustment system enables ideal alignment and posture through a customised setup. Exercise Bike Terminology
SPD cleats
Shimano Pedaling Dynamics (SPD) is a clipless bicycle pedal design. A small cleat fits in a recess in the sole of a shoe designed for SPD use. The main advantage of SPD pedals is increased control and efficiency as you pedal.
Resistance
Racer exercise bikes use different types of resistance to simulate the sensation of riding a road bike. Different types of resistance include friction, magnets or air. Magnetic resistance is increased by moving magnets closer to the bikes' flywheel and creating drag. Friction (also known as infinity resistance) works by turning a knob that puts pressure on the flywheel, just like the brakes on a road bike. This type of resistance is commonly seen on indoor exercise bikes. Air bikes do not have gears or resistance levels. The resistance on air bikes is created by a large fan at the front of the bike. As you pedal faster, the more resistance is created and the harder your workout becomes.
