They then reflect your performance on your smart phone or tablet. You will remain in control of your bike and how hard you work.
Adjusts For A Wide Range Of User Heights
Perfect posture and alignment are achieved by configuring the JTX Cyclo Studio’s Quadri-Set™ adjustment system. Both handlebars and seat adjust vertically and horizontally using the quick release handles. This intuitive system allows you to easily and accurately adapt the bike for a perfect set up and accommodates a wide range of user leg lengths. Heart Rate Training
Heart rate training greatly improves your ability to exercise efficiently and reach your fitness goals faster. Your heart rate is measured with the built-in sensors on the handlebars or wirelessly through the Bluetooth Polar receiver. Pair the Polar H10 Chest Strap (sold separately) to see detailed statistics of your workout and track your development over time on a range of training apps.
Free Dual Pedal system
The JTX Cyclo Studio features The JTX Dual Pedal System. These pedals feature an SPD clip-in cleat system to be used with cycling shoes on one side. The other side has toe clips, allowing you to exercise wearing normal trainers. Using the SPD cleats allows you to complete a powerful 360-degree pedal stroke. You will train with greater power and efficiency in a closer simulation of road riding.

Exercise Bike Terminology
Flywheel
The flywheel is a spinning weighted metal disk located at the front of the bike that stores the momentum as you pedal.
The flywheel on an indoor studio cycle is directly attached to the pedals through a transmission system. The resistance its managed through brakes that are in direct contact with the spinning flywheel- much like cycling on a road bike outside.
A large flywheel is essential for a smooth, balanced ride, indoor cycling bike.
SPD cleats
Shimano Pedaling Dynamics (SPD) is a clipless bicycle pedal design. A small cleat fits in a recess in the sole of a shoe designed for SPD use. The main advantage of SPD pedals is increased control and efficiency as you pedal.
Resistance
Exercise bikes use different types of resistance to simulate the sensation of riding a road bike. Different types of resistance include friction, magnets or air. Magnetic resistance is increased by moving magnets closer to the bike's flywheel and creating drag. Friction (also known as infinity resistance) works by turning a knob that puts pressure on the flywheel, just like the brakes on a road bike. This type of resistance is commonly seen on indoor cycling bikes. Air bikes do not have gears or resistance levels. The resistance on air bikes is created by a large fan at the front of the bike. As you pedal faster, the more resistance is created and the harder your workout becomes.
