USING A SMOOTH FOAM ROLLER
Can be used on numerous parts of the body including quads, hamstrings, feet, calves, hips, shoulders and forearms
Ideally use for 10 to 15 minutes daily.
Roll over each target muscle 5 to 10 times and then rest. Repeat as necessary.
