Bluetooth Connectivity to Zwift and Kinomap
The JTX RunRise connects seamlessly with Zwift via Bluetooth, offering an engaging training experience. Join a global community to explore, train, and compete virtually. Zwift will prompt you to increase your speed or incline based on the terrain that you see on the screen. You can also connect your interactive treadmill to Kinomap through Bluetooth for captivating worldwide routes using Google Maps technology. Your treadmill’s incline will adjust automatically to match the terrain on the Kinomap app. After workouts, you can sync your performance data with Strava. The JTX RunRise’s space saving treadmill design offers a compact solution for effective workouts at home. The JTX RunRise can fold completely flat which makes it easy to store either flat or vertically when not in use. For optimal flexibility, it comes equipped with transport wheels, allowing you to easily move it out of storage for each running session.
LCD Display With 12 Pre-Set Programs
The treadmill is equipped with an intuitive and easy to read digital screen that monitors time, distance, calories, speed, pulse and incline. The console incorporates 12 comprehensive preset workout programs, 3 customizable user programs, a body fat function for BMI calculation and 3 heart rate control programs. The personalised user-defined programs enable you to create a fitness regime to perfectly match your goals.
Heart Rate Program and Polar Receiver
Heart rate-based training efficiently helps you toward your cardio fitness and weight management goals. The JTX RunRise computer system monitors your heart rate and tailors the treadmill’s incline and speed to maintain your optimal heart rate zone. Use the handlebar's pulse sensors or for greater accuracy, the integrated Polar receiver within the console connects with compatible Polar technology, such as Polar chest straps(sold separately).

Treadmill Terminology
Heart rate monitor
There are two types of heart rate monitors; hand sensor monitors and wearable monitors. Hand sensor monitors come with most fitness machines and they record your pulse through the handgrips. They are good a guide but are rarely accurate. Wearable monitors such as heart rate chest straps and watches are generally much more accurate.
Target heart rate training can be used to assist fitness goals ranging from fat burning and weight loss to maximum aerobic capacity development. Select your target heart rate zone before your workout based on your individual goal. A heart rate chest strap or watch will then monitor your heart rate, giving you real-time feedback so you can maintain the right level of effort to stay in your selected target zone. Many fitness machines link to heart rate chest straps or watches and auto-adjust their resistance to keep you in your target heart rate zone.

Also known as the "running deck", this is the moving belt that you run on.
MOTORISED TREADMILL
This is a treadmill containing electric motors that move and tilt the deck for you as you walk or run. Often used to differentiate from the cheaper, "manual treadmill" alternative. A manual treadmill operates by pushing the conveyor belt with your feet (not recommended).
