Enjoy one of the many scenic runs available on Kinomap by connecting your JTX Sprint-5: Smart Edition to the app via Bluetooth. The incline of the treadmill will adjust automatically to match the terrain of your chosen course. You will also be able to view detailed performance metrics, track your stats, as well as compete against other users around the globe. Once you have finished your workout the Kinomap app can upload your data to Strava.

Treadmill Terminology
Heart monitor
There are 2 types of heart rate monitors; hand sensor monitors and wearable monitors. Hand sensor monitors come with the majority of fitness machines and monitor your pulse through the hand grips. They are good a guide but are rarely very accurate. Wearable monitors such as heart rate chest straps and watches are generally much more accurate.
Target heart rate training can be used to assist goals ranging from fat burning and weight loss to maximum aerobic capacity development. A target heart rate zone is selected before working out based on the users individual goal. A heart rate strap or watch will then monitor your heart rate, giving you real time feedback so you can maintain the right level of effort to stay in your selected target zone. Many fitness machines link to chest straps or watches and auto adjust resistance levels to help keep you in your target heart rate zone.
Belt
Also known as the "running deck", this is the moving belt that you run on.
Motorised treadmill
This is a treadmill containing electric motors that move and tilt the deck for you as you walk or run. Often used to differentiate from the cheaper, "manual treadmill" alternative. A manual treadmill operates by pushing the conveyor belt with your feet (not recommended).
