Delivery Information
Delivery options and lead times depend on the products in your order and your postcode.
Orders over £99 qualify for free delivery. This covers standard DX deliveries and standard 2-person deliveries on all our machines.
Bulky fitness equipment is delivered by our 2-person delivery partner, BJS. Smaller items, weights and accessories are delivered by DX.
If your order includes both BJS and DX items, they will be delivered separately and may arrive on different days or at different times.
Bulky fitness equipment delivery (BJS)
Large fitness equipment is delivered by our 2-person delivery partner, BJS.
Standard delivery
Standard delivery is available Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
Delivery times vary by postcode:
1–5 working days in eligible areas
7–10 working days in some postcode areas
up to 14 working days for Northern Ireland

Saturday delivery
A paid Saturday delivery service is available for bulky items delivered by BJS in eligible postcode areas. If you do not see a Saturday delivery option at checkout, it is not available for your postcode. Orders must be placed by 12pm on Thursday to qualify for delivery that Saturday.
Delivery to your room of choice
For fitness equipment weighing 31.5kg to 80kg, BJS can usually deliver your order to a room of your choice, up to 2 flights of stairs.
For equipment weighing over 80kg, delivery is usually to a ground floor room of your choice.
All deliveries are subject to a safe-access assessment. If access is restricted or unsafe, delivery may be made to the initial ground floor room or the front door instead.
If you think access may be difficult, please contact us before delivery.
If your item does not fit through your door, hallway or stairwell and is refused and returned, you will be responsible for the delivery and return costs.
Refurbished equipment
All refurbished machines are delivered fully assembled by BJS, the only exception is our refurb MoveLight which will be delivered by DX. Please make sure it will fit through all doorways, hallways, and stairwells on the route to its intended location. A failed delivery fee may apply if the machine cannot be delivered as planned.
Please note: We are currently unable to deliver refurbished equipment to Northern Ireland.

Once your order is booked, our delivery partner will contact you to arrange a delivery date.
Small fitness equipment, weights and accessories (DX)
Smaller fitness equipment, weights, accessories and our Refurbished MoveLight are delivered by DX.
Delivery usually takes 1–5 working days.
Items are typically delivered to the front door, or placed in a safe, secure location if no one is available.
Free delivery on smaller items
Spend £99 or more on weights and/or fitness accessories to receive free delivery. This discount will be applied automatically at checkout.
Mixed orders
If your order includes both BJS and DX items, your order will be split into separate deliveries.
This means your items may:
- arrive on different days
- arrive at different times
- be delivered by different couriers
This is normal and does not mean your order is incomplete.

We deliver to most of the UK, but delivery options depend on your postcode and the products in your order.

If no delivery options are shown, we may not currently be able to service your area. We are currently unable to deliver to the following postcodes:

Northern Ireland
We deliver to Northern Ireland through our website. A £50 surcharge applies for large fitness equipment delivered by BJS. Delivery can take up to 14 working days. BJS will contact you to arrange a delivery date.

Republic of Ireland
We are currently unable to deliver to the Republic of Ireland.
Order changes, cancellations and missed deliveries
Any order amendments or cancellations must be made by 12pm on the last working day before your scheduled delivery or collection.
If changes are made after this point, additional charges may apply.
If you are not available to accept a pre-booked delivery or collection, a rebooking fee will apply. This must be paid before delivery or collection can be rearranged.
If you cancel an order after it has been dispatched, you will be responsible for the delivery costs.
If you refuse delivery on the scheduled day, you will be responsible for the costs associated with the order. These costs will be deducted from your refund.
Assembly
Our products are designed to be straightforward to assemble at home, however should you require support with assembly, you can purchase a paid assembly service on our website here. Complimentary assembly for the Club Pro is included in the purchase price.
After you have made your purchase an engineer will contact you to arrange a suitable assembly date.
Packaging
We do not offer packaging removal.
Please keep all packaging if there is any chance you may return your item.
If you have purchased our assembly service, our engineers will assemble the machine but will not remove or dispose of any packaging.
Returns
If you would like to return an item, we offer refunds within 28 days, provided the product is returned in a fully resalable condition. Collection costs will be deducted from your refund.
