These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website at jtxfitness.com and the purchase of products from us. Our website is powered by Shopify.

You are entitled to cancel your order at any time before dispatch. Any cancellation or amendment to your order before delivery must be made by 12:00 noon the day before your scheduled delivery date. Changes made after this time may incur additional charges.
All prices on our Website are displayed in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT at the applicable rate. Delivery charges are shown separately during checkout and in your order confirmation.
The price you pay is the price displayed at the time you place your order. We take reasonable care to ensure prices are accurate, but errors may occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel.
Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment providers (Shopify Payments and Stripe). We do not store your full payment card details. You must ensure that your payment information is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
We offer delivery across the United Kingdom. Delivery options, estimated timescales, and charges are displayed during checkout and vary depending on the product and your delivery address.
All delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. We will make every reasonable effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, but we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including carrier delays, adverse weather, or industrial action).
Risk in the Products passes to you upon delivery. If no one is available at your delivery address to take receipt, the carrier will follow their standard redelivery or safe-place procedures.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage to both the packaging and the product. This will help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your Products without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to cancel within the 14-day period.
In addition to your statutory rights, we offer an extended 28-day returns policy on all JTX products. Please notify us within 28 days of receiving your product of your intention to return it.
To be eligible for a return under this policy:
We will arrange a courier to collect the item from you. Once the product is received back at our premises, we will process your refund minus the collection costs.
If we receive the product back with damage caused by inadequate packaging or with missing parts, we reserve the right to deduct a fee from your refund to reflect the diminished value of the goods. This fee may amount to up to 15% of the product’s value.
If you wish to return one or more products from a home gym bundle but keep the remaining item(s), the products you keep will revert to their individual full website price. Your refund will be calculated as the difference between the bundle price paid and the sum of the full prices of the items retained, minus collection costs.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days from the date we receive the returned product for your refund to be processed.
We make every effort to display our products accurately on the Website. However, product images are for illustrative purposes and colours may appear differently depending on your device settings. Minor variations between the product shown and the product delivered do not constitute a fault.
All product descriptions and specifications are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, we are under a legal duty to supply goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
If you believe a product is faulty, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible. When making a claim, we ask that you:
If the goods are confirmed to be faulty, we will reimburse reasonable packaging and carriage costs you have incurred. If the goods are found not to be faulty, you may be liable for any reasonable collection and inspection costs.
Depending on the circumstances and your statutory rights, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Our products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, the terms and duration of which vary by product and are detailed on the relevant product page. Warranty terms are in addition to, and do not affect, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

We offer a professional assembly service for our fitness equipment. This is available as a paid add-on for most products and postal codes and can be selected during checkout.
Complimentary assembly is included with the JTX Club Pro. For all other products, the assembly fee will be displayed at checkout.
Assembly is subject to availability and scheduling. An independent engineer will contact you after delivery of your machine to arrange a suitable assembly date. The engineer will assemble the product in your chosen room and ensure the equipment is operational before leaving. They will not remove or take away any packaging.
Please note that assembly is only available at ground floor level unless otherwise agreed. The machine needs to be placed in the desired room and ready for assembly before the engineer arrives, engineers cannot move the machines.
It is your responsibility to retain all original packaging in a safe place for a minimum of 28 days after delivery. Original packaging is required for any returns, exchanges, or warranty service.
If the original packaging has been lost or discarded and the product needs to be returned, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee for replacement packaging.
From time to time, we may offer promotions, sales, or discount codes on our Website. Unless otherwise stated, the following terms apply to all promotions:
If a product purchased during a promotion is returned, the refund will be based on the amount actually paid (i.e. the discounted price). Standard return shipping and collection fees apply as set out in Section 8.
Blue Light Discounts are available on new machines only and exclude refurbished and ex-demo products. They cannot be combined with any other offer unless explicitly stated.
We reserve the right to amend, extend, or terminate any promotion at our discretion without prior notice. Where we run a specific campaign with unique terms (e.g. a seasonal sale with different conditions), those campaign-specific terms will be published separately on the Website and will take precedence over this section to the extent of any conflict.
All content on the Website — including text, images, graphics, logos, product photographs, videos, audio, and the design and layout of the Website — is owned by NRS Innovations Limited (or its licensors) and is protected by UK and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

When you purchase a product from us, we share your name and email address with Trustpilot so they can invite you to leave a review of the product and the service you received from JTX Fitness. This invitation is typically sent approximately two weeks after your purchase.

We aim to resolve all complaints promptly and fairly. If we are unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may refer the matter to an alternative dispute resolution provider or take legal action through the courts.
